Learn from your fear

Fear often carries meaning. Behind fear lies insight about past hurts, obstacles to growth and the things that trip you up in relationships. Most importantly, fear points in the direction of growth. Or as, Lance Armstrong said, 'To be afraid is a priceless education.' The thing that scares you most is a clue about the step you must take in order to develop emotionally and spiritually.

Adopted from an article entitled MIND GAMES by Stephen W. Simpson
