A hot cup of health


There's nothing quite as soothing as a cup of tea. And-according to research-there's nothing better for you, either. A new Swedish study found that women who drink one cup of green or black tea a day are 24% less likely to develop ovarian cancer during their lifetime that those who never sip the stuff. Two cups a day cut your risk by 46%! That's just the beginning. Past studies have shown that green tea may help prevent rheumatoid arthritis and that black tea gives the cardiovascular system a boost. So DRINK UP- and stay healthy!
