Claire Foundation

While I was in Uganda last fall we built two homes funded by the Claire Foundation. This organization was set up in memoriam of a 22 year old from Canada who was killed in a car accident in Panama while vacationing in 2004. Claire's family and best friend were all a part of our global build team. It was truly a privilege to get to know them and serve both the memory of their daughter/sister/friend and the seemingly forgotten children of Uganda at the same time.

If you click on the link above you will see pictures of our team and the homes we built. You will see the families (16 children and 2 house mothers) that are living in the two homes today. Also, you will find that there are ways to contribute toward the continuing efforts of relief for children in Uganda through this organization. I would highly recommend you take a look around their site, peruse the pictures and read the captions all the while remaining open to God possibly stirring your heart to give toward this worthwhile mission.
